Christy has been a fixture in the fitness industry in NYC for almost 20 years, working with students of all levels. Her motto is “slow and steady wins the race.” Christy can help you build a strong foundation, then work on specific strength goals when the time is right. Anyone can take you through a series of exercises — Christy’s focus is on teaching and coaching. Having successfully overcome a difficult spinal injury, she understands determination and perseverance. Christy believes that strength does not discriminate and is an asset to anyone who wants to stay pain free, in top shape and enjoy a better quality of life. A retired Roller Derby Queen, she has also been a stand-up comedian for 20 years.
